This updated well maintained luxury townhouse is located in the gated (24 hour manned security gate at entrance) Castle Pines section of the PGA Village Resort. This beautifully furnished four bedroom townhouse is located in the golfer's paradise known as the PGA Village. PGA Village is the perfect destination for both the recreational golfer and professional. There are 54 holes of Championship golf courses designed by renowned architects Pete Dye and Tom Fazio. For those who just want to relax by the pool, there is a heated hot tub and zero entry pool located a 5 minute walk. The large pool sun deck has Palm trees and lush landscaping with a nearby picnic area with charcoal grills.
The New York Mets spring training home is 2 miles from your home as well as movie theaters. Sport fishing and beaches are all within 30 minutes or less.
Inside, the primary bedroom is very spacious and has a king size bed to a walkout porch. There is a walk-in closet, and a private master bath. The PGA golf courses have consistently ranked very highly by Golf Digest and other Golf publications each year since it's opening in 2000.
